Arthur Addinall

I’m a partner in a Perth public practice accounting firm with an established reputation for supporting health professionals. Day to day, I work with business owners on the practical side of ownership: how their businesses are structured and taxed, what they’re worth, how they can be improved, and how they will eventually be sold or handed on.

Within the practice, I’m building a specialisation in exit and succession planning — helping owners understand what makes a business valuable and transferable, and preparing for that transition well before it arrives. I also hold the Certified Practising Business Broker designation and am a member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. I’m not active as a broker, but that background gives me a practical understanding of how businesses are taken to market, how buyers assess them and how sales come together — which shapes how I think about getting a business ready to sell.

This website is where I share practical thinking on business value, valuation, succession, exit planning and business improvement, along with lessons from working with owners. It’s general information rather than personal advice, but I hope it helps you think more clearly about your own business.
